Favorite Thing about working at Gibson
The people. I have been lucky to work with extremely intelligent people, but luckier that they are tremendously hard working and have the upmost pride in their work. My coworkers continuously display why they have earned my trust and respect not only through their results, but also how they achieve those results.
In addition, the trust extends outside work. After spending countless hours working and travelling together, I have become friends with many colleagues. Whether sharing stories at lunch in Chicago, attending concerts on the weekend, or waking up early on the opposite side of the world to watch a big sports game: there is likely another Gibson team member along with me.
