Megan is a senior consultant experienced in leading client teams effectively through the 11-Gate sourcing process and implementation. She leads her client teams in data-driven decisions for supplier rationalization, improving operational efficiency and negotiations. She also trains her client teams in supplier alliance management and onboard data analytics.
Internally, She leads on-campus recruiting efforts for consultants and summer associates across multiple prestigious Big 10 Universities. She is also part of the Gibson Charity Team that organizes events for grade schools in Illinois.

Megan has been responsible for one of the largest category implementations across 13 client sites and attainment of over $19 million in-year U.S. savings and $42M annualized savings, leading to over $210M in strategic sourcing opportunities. She leads training for client data analyst teams to continue sourcing and implementing projects independently.
Megan started her professional career by joining Gibson following her graduation from Indiana University Bloomington.
