Tim has 15 years of advisory and operating experience across a well-diversified set of industries including private equity, beverage and pharmaceutical distribution, powersports, e-Commerce, food service and industrial manufacturing.

His advisory experience has primarily been focused on supply chain initiatives designed to improve efficiency and lower overall cost structure. He is a well-established leader, skilled at crafting solutions to complex business challenges and building high performance teams to deliver results.

He has led multiple Fortune 500 and Private Equity client teams through strategic sourcing initiatives to develop long term contracts with logistics service providers (FTL, LTL, Rail, Air, Ocean and Freight Forwarding) with a focus on cost savings and process improvement; delivering $350+ million in bottom line savings.

He has led network optimization projects that resulted in the consolidation of warehouses into master automated DC resulting in 23%+ cost savings, the outsourcing of final mile delivery for national retailers as well as numerous warehousing improvement projects across multiple industry segments and spend categories.

Additional projects include operational due diligence, network optimization, distribution center design, inventory strategy and management, transportation and fleet management, and Sales Inventory & Operations Planning.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Gibson, Tim held various leadership roles in supply chain and logistics management for Walmart, Cardinal Health, and Coca-Cola.
