Specifically, Taylor has been responsible for leading product outsourcing initiatives, conducting international make vs. buy implementations, and assisting companies with establishing operations in Asia. In summary, Taylor’s projects have generated over $1.8 Billion in equity value for private equity firms and over $575 Million in realized savings for multi-national corporations.
• On the international front, Taylor has lived and worked in Europe for seven years, and he has spent over two years in Shanghai (as a resident) helping clients and selling projects in four specific areas: 1) building Asian Procurement Organizations (APO); 2) executing Post Merger Integrations (PMI); 3) teaching eight certified courses in Global Supply Chain; and 4) leading Supplier Development & Innovation teams in Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE), as well as selling continuous process/operational improvement projects with special focus on highly engineered industrial & consumer products.

Over 20 years in Global Supply Chain & International Procurement. Prior to joining Gibson, Taylor was a Managing Director of PRGX Global, a Director at Alaris Consulting (acquired by PricewaterhouseCoopers), a Manager for Gibson Associates & Allied Capital, and a Financial Analyst for VitalCast.com, now Web MD.
