- Damian recently developed the blue print for all aftermarket elements of a fortune 500 multi-BU Industrial company, identifying opportunity to double revenues of the businesses most profitable service lines. Completed pricing analysis and re-pricing top 80% of aftermarket parts realizing increase in margin and sales volume increase of 15% in year one
- Damian has also led a global transformation for a packaging business, over a 18 month period increasing operational performance and sales effectiveness resulting in an over 200% increase in share price
- Damian also developed the Business System for a $50Bn Heavy Equipment Manufacturer and drove the implementation across multiple elements of the supply chain. The company credits the Business System with delivering $5Bn of value over a 5 year period
Prior to joining Gibson, Damian was a Managing Director with KPMG, a partner with Accenture and also a Senior Practice Expert with McKinsey and Company. Damian also held the role of COO for an $850M face to face marketing company. Damian started his professional career as an Engineer with the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Company working in the UK and Japan
