              The Strategic Sourcing program has been carefully designed to engage and involve cross-functional teams in business process improvements.               Profile Development & Data Analytics
              Useful at either the end of a Gibson project or the beginning of an internal initiative, this course should be taken by all those who will be involved in a sourcing project as Profile Development and Data Analytics shows participants how to create and accurately analyze a profile- a skill that is required for project success.

              Purchasing Methodology
              Taken at the commencement of a project, this course introduces and familiarizes those who will be involved with a strategic sourcing project to our process, their role, and the time commitments that are required to synthesize the project to its fullest potential.

              Executive Communications
              Powerful presenters can consistently and effectively communicate both internally and externally within their organization. This course helps participants shed reluctance and develop tools to determine their most effective style and method so as to create a strong impact each and every time they deliver.

              Site Visits & Interviewing
              Site Visits are essential to solidify credibility with a supplier and further expand the professional alliance. Anyone who will conduct site visits will learn how to prepare questions and an agenda to ensure positive and effective results are achieved.

              Introduction to Negotiations
              Successful negotiation comes from being prepared. Focused on buy/sell, this course uses extensive role plays to teach professionals how to prioritize goals, determine roles, and distinguish between positive and negative tactics so as to successfully negotiate on your company’s behalf.

              Alliance Management & Implementation
              It’s one thing to assume the negotiated contract will take care of itself- it’s completely another to plan for and ensure the partnership is developed and fulfilled. Teams will work with the Memorandum of Understanding, databases, and various other tools to identify, relate, and build out the relationship goals and plans to maintain the alliance.
